University Homes was founded in 1995 to serve the custom building needs of Loudoun, Fauquier, and Clarke Counties. We are dedicated to delivering custom homes and commercial buildings designed to meet your needs today and in the future. Combining traditional architecture, attention to detail, and craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology, we can work with you to create intelligent living environments that stand the test of time.
Coe Eldredge, the owner of University Homes, has more than 25 years’ worth of experience in residential construction in Purcellville, VA, plus historical renovation and light commercial construction. You can be assured that we will meet the highest standards for design, quality, and service, as evident from our proven record of accomplishment and extensive list of satisfied clients. Our name is on every building we construct, and it’s our pledge to meet or exceed your expectations. As well as being committed to design excellence, superior craftsmanship, and technical sophistication, we also strive to offer the latest in product selection. We use the finest name brand products and encourage you to participate fully in the selection, specification, and interior design processes. With our associate company, Old Dominion Design, we can help you with personalized interior design and installation of fine and custom cabinetry.
We understand you’ve placed a great deal of trust in us, and we take that very seriously. The important factors in building a new home are design, quality, location, and overall value. Our team is dedicated to helping you make your choices in an enjoyable, enlightening, and rewarding way. Your project will succeed thanks to our unique ability to work with you from the conceptual, planning, and architectural design stages to the final detail.
In 1987, financial advisor Coe Eldredge began his building career renovating a dilapidated warehouse in historic Alexandria, VA, and a historic house in Rectortown, VA. Bitten by the building bug, Coe and his young family moved back to his hometown of Middleburg, VA, where he began building custom homes and small commercial buildings. Throughout the building boom in Loudoun, Fauquier, and Clarke Counties over the last 25 years, he developed a solid reputation as an ambitious newcomer and then a seasoned local builder. Coe’s reputation is built upon a systematic approach, plus attention to detail in the financial and construction aspects of the process.
